Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Ridgeline Roofing Co. of Miami requests that customers provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice when canceling or rescheduling any confirmed service appointment. This notice allows Ridgeline Roofing Co. of Miami to reallocate technician and contractor time and serve other customers effectively. Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting Ridgeline Roofing Co. of Miami through any of the methods made available on the website.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The applicable fee amount, if any, will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or upon request. Ridgeline Roofing Co. of Miami reserves the right to waive this fee at its discretion in cases involving genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Workmanship and Parts Warranty
